FAQs

How quickly can you clear customs?

With pre-verified documentation, our specialists can arrange customs clearance within hours of your shipment’s arrival at the border. Timings may vary depending on route, event location, and border capacity, but our expert coordination ensures your cars, equipment, and spares move through customs with maximum efficiency and minimal delay.

Do I need a carnet or IPR?

Our logistics experts will review your case and documentation to determine the most suitable import method. If your goods are entering temporarily and will be re-exported in the same condition, an ATA Carnet is typically ideal. If modifications or processing will take place while in-country, Inward Processing Relief (IPR) may be more appropriate, allowing suspension of tax and duty until export

Can you handle multiple vehicles and equipment?

Absolutely. We specialise in managing multi-vehicle movements, team equipment, and spares via road, air, and sea freight. For complex shipments involving multiple vehicles, we recommend contacting our team in advance so we can streamline documentation and guarantee a seamless customs experience.

What about post‑test export?

Once your test or event is complete, we handle the entire re-export process from start to finish. Our team ensures all customs formalities are fulfilled and Carnet or IPR documentation is correctly discharged. We also manage any required inspections or verifications with customs authorities, so your goods are cleared, compliant, and ready for their next destination.

Can you assist with temporary import extensions?

Yes. If your event or test programme runs beyond the initial Carnet or IPR validity, we can manage the extension process directly with customs or chambers of commerce, preventing; penalties, avoiding delays, and keeping your logistics schedule on track.

Do you provide on-site customs or logistics support?

Definitely. Our experienced on-site teams can coordinate arrivals, documentation, and customs inspections in real time, ensuring your vehicles and equipment clear swiftly and without disruption. Wherever your event takes place, we’re there to keep your operations moving.
